Anthony Frank "Tony" Iommi, chitarist englez, compozitor
si producator, membru fondator si chitaristul solo al grupului-pionier al curentului
heavy metal,
Black Sabbath.
In decursul indelungatei si prodigioasei sale cariere muzicale: 50 de ani si numeroase productii discografice solo sau alaturi de
trupe cu care si-a intersectat drumurile(Earth, Jethro Tull, Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell sau Who Cares), Iommi a influentat
stilul interpretativ al multor artisti, manuitori ai celor 6 coarde chitaristice: Gene Simmons, Eddie Van Halen, Brian May, James
Hetfield, Slash, Tom Morello etc.
